Which product do I choose?

We have many different styles of cages, with or without wheels, folding or not folding, and with or without dividers, which can sometimes be overwhelming. If you’re lost or need guidance in choosing the right product for your needs, simply use our Live Chat on the website, or call us on 02-9029 9385.

 

Which dog crate size should I get?

If your dog is fully grown already, all you need to do is measure how tall and how long your dog is, then find a crate size large enough to accommodate for this. Please note: if you’re looking for a crate for a dog recovering from surgery, you would need a larger size to allow enough room for a water bowl and bed.

If your dog is not fully grown yet, you would also need to consider how big your dog will grow into, which could be a challenge if it's a cross-breed. Can you assemble cages onsite or deliver an already assembled product?

Unfortunately, most of our cages are flat packed and we do not offer onsite assembly services. However, products such as wire crates and exercise pens require very minimal assembly. We also have assembly videos for many of our products on our website to help you with this process.

If you’re located within Sydney, you may be able to place a special request to pick-up a pre-assembled product. In order to do so, please call us for more information.

 

Why are you so much cheaper than regular pet shops?

There are a few reasons why. Firstly, we operate from a warehouse store in a small street, so rent is significantly cheaper than a pet store in a busy shopping mall or on a main road. Secondly, because we import most of our cages and enclosures, we can cut out the cost of the "middle-man". Finally, we operate more efficiently so we use less space and less people than similar shops which means less costs for us, and better pricing for you. 

 

Do you have a store I can visit or purchase directly from?

Sometimes it's just a lot harder to work out how small/big something is by reading numbers on a screen. We have a showroom in Belmore (Sydney) and you’re welcome to come with your pet to view our products and purchase on site. Our prices are the same whether you purchase in-store or online. Do you have any resellers in other states?

Unfortunately, we do not have any official resellers in Australia, although we do offer nation-wide shipping. Our shipping times and options are among the best on the market, therefore we can often deliver an item interstate within 3 days.

 

The product I need is out of stock?

We aim to carry enough stock on hand so our products are generally in stock throughout the year, however on rare occasions, products can become out of stock for short periods. When this happens, the ADD TO CART button on our website becomes a NOTIFY ME button, so you can leave your contact details and be notified as soon as an item is back in stock.

 

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

Depending on the product, we may be able to offer discounts for when you buy in bulk (e.g. 4 of the same cage). Please call us on 02-9029 9385 to discuss.

 

Do you price match?

We do not price match because most of our products are our own brand. If you see a similar, but substantially cheaper, cage on other websites, be sure to check the wiring thickness, finishing and weight. If you’re interested, you can see a comparison between our products and other dog crates on the market. We prefer to source and supply products that are of a higher quality and superior build, thereby increasing the longevity of the product.

 

What is your shipping and returns policy?

Please refer to our Shipping Information page for all information regarding your order. We do not offer returns ourselves, but Paypal does offer free return shipping up to 8 times a year as long as you’ve paid for the original order using Paypal. Please note that you will need a Paypal account and you will need to activate this service. For more information, please refer to Paypal's official website.
